We are currently looking for guides, preferably with previous guiding experience. Drop us an email!

Be prepared for long but rewarding days, rain or shine, sun or snow. We’re open 365 days a year and some days can get very busy, especially in winter. We pride ourselves on the professional service that our guests receive.
It’s not all work, we have a number of staff events throughout the year, most importantly is the Villmark race where we compete to find out who the fastest musher is.

Be sure to include:

• Any relevant previous experience including first aid training
• if you hold a driving license
• Any languages you speak; English is a must, Norwegian is desirable. German, French, Spanish or Italian is also of benefit
• Two character references

Work is typically very physical so it’s important you should have a good physical condition. We do have some accommodation on site (although space is limited) as well as some local contacts for places to help you. Obviously, it’s advantageous if you already live locally.

If you’re from an EU country (or hold an EU passport) it’s very straightforward to work in Norway, once you receive a job offer from us and a contract you’ll need to schedule an appointment with the UDI (immigration services). You’ll receive a confirmation letter stating you able to work in Norway, from here you’ll need to see Skatteetaten (the tax office) for a tax card for the year. You’ll need to bring the previous letter from UDI,  your passport and the contract with us for both.
We can help you with any questions you might have during the process but it’s very straightforward.
