Walking on top of a deep layer of snow, listening to the steady rhythm of your breath. A gorgeous mountain landscape stretches as far as you can see and the image sinks calmly into your mind. A way to immerse yourself in the moment and put things in perspective, to clear your head and refill your batteries.
- Welcome to Tromsø Villmarkssenter, handing out the thermal suits and boots, and snowshoes.
- 1,5 – 2 hours guided snowshoe hike enjoying beautiful views of the Kvaløya island and Tromsø city in the distance. You will also have a husky (or two!) joining you on the trip.
- Guided tour for cuddling and learning about our dogs in our dog yard of 200 Alaskan Huskies.
- A lovely snack around the open fire in our cozy Gamme-hut; Hot drinks and our “world-famous” dark chocolate cake.
