If you love dogs and life outdoors, experiencing the arctic nature with a four-legged hiking buddy is an absolute must-do!
- Welcome to Tromsø Villmarkssenter, handing out rubber boots and rain clothes if needed.
- Guided hike with an experienced handler some of our energetic huskies out on a hike through the arctic wilderness surrounding our center. We usually do not give one dog to each guest, as our dogs are strong and trained to pull. Most guests are happy to rotate handling them. Be prepared for some fun exercise!
- Delicious lunch by the open fire in our cozy Gamme – hut; Bacalao – a fish dish that is part of the traditional Norwegian cuisine, with roots from the Portuguese culture. Coffee and tea.
