Do you love dogs and beautiful nature? Combine both on a easy hike with four-legged friends and one of our experienced guides.
Hiking is more than just walking. It is a great way to clear your mind and put the world in perspective. In the scenic Arctic wilderness surrounding our center, you can enjoy untouched nature, live in the moment, and recharge your mental batteries.
The guide and some of our lively huskies will accompany you on the hike. Usually, we bring one dog per three to four participants to share. The dogs are highly energetic so you will be glad to share the load with others. Be prepared for some exercise and plenty of cuddles!
Since the terrain we travel through is predominantly moor, wear waterproof shoes if you have them. You can also rent shoes and/or rain clothes if needed.
After the hike, we will give you a guided tour of the dog yard. Here you can learn more about the care and breeding of Alaskan Huskies, and how we live our life centered around the dogs. A visit to the puppy pen guarantees lots of puppy kisses and cuteness!
Since the hike goes through rugged terrain, the age limit to participate is 6 years old. If you want to participate with younger children, please contact us before booking.
